@grav i changed your PM settings so every PM you send should get stored now under "sent items".

the PM system here is still crappy though.

ah ok. i see. i will change your settings so sent PMs are getting stored. irritated me too first but it's an option one has to activate manually because it's deactivated by default (god knows why the developers decided to do this)

the connection (meaning the data you exchange with the server every time you visit a page on this forum) is secure. no man in the middle should be able to see what you're exchanging.
that's not the case for PMs btw. everyone with access to the database can literally read all the PMs from everybody. that's the case for every forum btw - at least i don't know about any exceptions.
