meantime, we've had some full moons around here. Did the weather experts on tv try to explain how that happens? astronomically? sure 
Yonder is a bright and shiny floating rock. in the sky. because space rocks float.
The floating moon ball reflects sunlight fully, from limb to limb.
with reflected sunlight from, somehow, a sun that has disappeared on the other side of the earth.
You see, sometimes we see eclipses when the earth ball blocks the sun's light on the moonball.
But very often, for many hours, the moon glows like a giant light bulb -- because ? it reflects light which bends around the tilted earth.
